I have "proved" the ISO works by booting from a windows 10 (Older) inspiron 3000. Those internet suggestions I have so far seen, appear to involve manipulating EUFI, TPM 2 and Bit-Locker, settings in BIOS?. DELL themselves have been less than helpful, not appearing to understand the need for legacy options.
